1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to tp999 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

tp999 does not knowingly permit underage users to register or use the platform. If it is discovered that a player is under the minimum required age, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Creation and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on tp999. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. tp999 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. tp999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tp999 immediately by contacting support.

Account verification is required before withdrawal requests can be processed. Verification may include submission of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method. This process is standard practice for licensed gaming platforms and is required to comply with applicable regulations.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a registered user of tp999, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  • Not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated systems such as bots.
  • Not attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines relating to online gaming.
  • Not use the platform in any way that could disrupt, harm, or interfere with the operation of tp999 or other users' experience.

tp999 reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that a breach of these obligations has occurred.

5. Payments and Transactions

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on tp999 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification completion. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. tp999 does not guarantee the processing time of any specific payment provider and is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

All transactions are final once confirmed. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, contact support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the transaction date. tp999 reserves the right to reverse transactions where a technical error or fraud is confirmed.

6. Limitation of Liability

tp999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tp999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to connectivity issues, system errors, or third-party failures.

Online gaming carries inherent financial risk. tp999 does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from any gaming activity on the platform. Players participate at their own risk and should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

tp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
  • Provision of false or misleading registration information.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
  • Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tp999 may place a temporary hold on the account balance. If closure is permanent and no breach is confirmed, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tp999 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and game content — is the property of tp999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of tp999. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and potential legal action.

The tp999 platform may reference or link to third-party services, payment providers, or game content suppliers. tp999 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. The inclusion of any third-party reference does not constitute endorsement by tp999.

10. Changes to These Terms

tp999 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date noted at the top. Where changes are material, tp999 may notify registered players via the account dashboard or email. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of tp999 that cannot be resolved through the support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts or regulatory authority.
